Steve’s background is in computer-assisted drafting(CAD). Steve works directly with Gilbert and Michelle to design, draw, and revise the house plans for the company. He then follows up in the field to verify the details of the plans are carried through.
Steve also handles all of the punch list items before the homeowner takes occupancy. |
